CRAFTERS' INVITATION
SHOW DATE: Saturday, OCTOBER 18, 2008 (rain or shine) between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. [The Massey House next door will be open for tours at 10, and will be beginning their musical presentations at 1 and 2:30, and Colonial re-enactments at 1:00 through 4.]
DEADLINE: Crafters Registration Deadline Saturday, October 4th, 2007. Register early if you want an inside spot.
LOCATION: Broomall, PA at Marple Christian Church building and grounds, 475 Lawrence Rd, Broomall, PA 19008
OUTDOOR SPACE SIZE: Out on the LAWN: approximately 12' X 12'
(bring a canopy tent if you wish); INDOOR
SPACE: 6' X 8' This includes the size
of
one 8' table
and
a 3
foot space
to sit or stand behind it. If you will need more space than this, please
reserve two or more indoor spaces. SET-UP TIME:
Indoors: Friday 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. and/or Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 10:00
a.m. (assigned
placement)
Outdoors: Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. (we cannot be responsible for anything
left outside overnight.)

ELIGIBILITY: Must be hand-produced items (as opposed to vending a manufactured item).
FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION: Coffee, tea and sodas, candy and baked goods sold indoors by church members
COMMENTS: Unload on premises; if possible, please park a few blocks away in order to leave as many parking places as possible for customers. A ride from parking to church is available upon request. Parking free.
