CRAFTERS' INVITATION

SHOW DATE: Saturday, OCTOBER 20, 2012 (rain or shine) between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. [If it is the same as in past years, the Massey House next door will be open for tours starting at 10, and will be beginning their musical presentations at 1 and 2:30, and Colonial re-enactments at 1:00 through 3.]

DEADLINE: Crafters Registration Deadline Saturday, October 6th, 2012. Register early if you want an inside spot.

LOCATION: Broomall, PA at Marple Christian Church building and grounds, 475 Lawrence Rd, Broomall, PA 19008. The church website has a map.

OUTDOOR SPACE SIZE: Out on the LAWN between the church building and Lawrence Road: approximately 12' X 12' (bring a canopy tent if you wish); INDOOR SPACE: 6' X 8' This is the size of one 30" x 8' table and a 3 foot space to sit or stand behind it, if needed. If you will need more space than this, please reserve two or more indoor spaces.

SET-UP TIME:
Indoors: Friday 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. and/or Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. (assigned placement)
Outdoors: Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. (we cannot be responsible for anything left outside overnight.)

ELECTRICITY: $5.00 for one plug-in at an outlet. Indoor use only, because extension cords are a tripping hazard.

ADMISSION (for customers): Free; NOT A JURIED EVENT; NO JURY FEE; ENTERTAINMENT: Face or arm picture painting/painted tattoos
CATEGORIES: Handmade, Home-made, or Hand-painted Crafts; AWARDS: Your profits and friendships made

ELIGIBILITY: Must be hand-produced items (as opposed to vending a manufactured item, or selling someone else's work).

FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION: Coffee, tea and sodas, hot dogs, tuna sandwhiches, and various soups, candy and baked goods sold indoors by church members

COMMENTS: Unload on premises; if possible, please park a few blocks away in order to leave as many parking places as possible for customers. A ride from parking to church is available upon request. Parking free. (If the crafter is unable to do this, there is a place on the registration page to explain.)
